Community & Social Access.

The work of getting out, and the support that makes it possible. Your interests, your pace, your community.

NDIS · Penrith, NSW

What it is · 01

Community access is help finding what you'd love to be doing, and the steady support to actually do it. Whether that's a swim, a class, a coffee, or volunteering, we help you find it, get there, and stay involved.

We don't run a 'program'. We run alongside your real life: the things you'd already love to do, if the practical stuff weren't in the way.

Who it helps · 02

Built for the people we walk beside.

  • Participants who want more time out in the world
  • People rebuilding social confidence after isolation
  • Anyone needing a steady hand for the practical bits: transport, mobility, communication
  • Families wanting their loved one to be part of community life again
Benefits · 03

What changes when we’re alongside.

01

Your interests, not ours

We find what you already love, or want to try, and build access around that.

02

One steady worker

The same support worker each week. They learn what you like.

03

Transport sorted

We get you there and back. No anxious gaps.

04

Real community

Not a 'group activity'. A book club, a parkrun, a knitting circle. The kind people actually go to.

What to expect · 04
